JOB OBJECTIVE

 

Responsible for all sales activities for assigned accounts and regions. Manage quality and consistency of product and service delivery. Maintain relationships with clients.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts. Conduct sales and marketing presentations to clients.
  • Manage new and existing clients of Job and Esther Technologies.
  • Secure and close new orders, business opportunities and repeat orders.
  • Handle business development and project management tasks.
  • Strengthen the business relationships of Job and Esther Technologies with all assigned clients.
  • Oversee the delivery and schedule of clients' orders.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
  • Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
  • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.

 

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Understand the client’s problems and system requirements. Identify and resolve client concerns.
  • Coordinate with the technical team in formulating solutions.
  • Study options and recommend best solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Coordinate and lead internal and client business meetings.
  • Prepare formal product proposals, “Request For Quotation” responses and business correspondence for prospective and existing clients.
  • Submit regular sales productivity reports such as revenue projections, account plans and other internal reports. Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
  • Monitor competitive activities and industry developments.
  • Perform other sales-related duties and tasks as assigned or that may be delegated.
  • Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
  • Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts that need to be made.
  • Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
  • Assist in following up for collection of payment.
  • Provide on-the-job training to new account representatives.
  • Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
  • Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Knowledge in advertising and sales promotion techniques.

  • Possession of skills normally acquired through a combination of the completion of a Bachelor's Degree and three to five years of sales or marketing experience.
  • The position requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
  • Work requires traveling to current and potential clients.
  • Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overnight travel.
